3-Day Nuisance Notice
Service of a 3-Day Notice to Quit in cases involving nuisance or unlawful conduct, where permitted by law.
30-Day (No-Cause) Notice
Service of a 30-Day Notice to Quit in applicable no-cause tenancy situations under Nevada law.
5-Day Unlawful Detainer
Service of a 5-Day Unlawful Detainer Notice following appropriate court proceedings.

Timelines
All Reno and Sparks eviction requests received prior to 12pm (noon) will be a same-day service. Requests that come in after 12pm (noon) will be served on the following business day.
Eviction service days for Carson City are Tuesday and Thursday. The same 12pm (noon) cutoff applies for requests received on those days.
